The Anti – ragging committee at institute level is here by constituted for prevention of the ragging and also to ensure the Implementation of Anti - ragging measuring in the college.

Duties and Responsibilities

All the members are directed to implement the following guidelines immediately to curb the ragging in the college and outside.

• Frequent rounds in the college campus and
• Conduct awareness programs among the student about
• Advise the student to communicate to their parent and faculty, if any sort of ragging
• If any type ragging occurred, immediately conduct the meeting and recommend appropriate action to be taken as per the act of prohibition ragging in educational institutions [26 of 1997] to the concerned
• Create peaceful and ragging free atmosphere in the college campus/surrounding.
• Members are directed to prevent the ragging inside and outside of the campus, if anything found, members are asked to bring it of the notice to the chairperson
• The member’s and staff are directed to follow and act accordingly anti ragging
• The members of anti ragging committee in during the lunch hour, hostel, canteen, bus are directed to prevent the ragging by daily, weekly, monthly rounds by anti ragging squad
• The tenure of this cell shall be for the period of three years e.f 5th December 2022 The duties and responsibilities to be followed for conduct of meeting of the cell shall be as per rules of the University.

The Institute Placement and Career Guidance cell is constituted as under the following faculty members to carry out various activities regarding the student career development and campus placement activities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of placement Brochure for final placement.
• Pre-placement visits (PPV) to the companies;
• Communication, networking and relationship building with the potential recruiters.
• Invitation to potential recruiters to visit the Institute.
• Continuation of placement activities after the stipulated period, till all the students are placed.
• Grooming and training of the candidates for the placements so that their chances of selection increase.
• General follow-up, joining formalities and other administrative activities.
The tenure of this committee should be for the period of three years.

Gender Sensitization cell

It is hereby noticed for information that the Gender Sensitization cell is constituted as under the following faculty members and nominated as the committee for Internal Complant (ICC) and a Special Cell

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To examine all grievance letters received from the women staff/students regarding the sexual harassment.
2. To examine and investigate on each complaint receved from the women staff/students by collecting the required information/data from connected peaple
3. To give feedback to the women staff/students, concemed/ to find solution for their grievances
4. The committee will record such grievances received from the women staff /students, in a separate register maintained exclusively for this purpose The reply given by the committee to the wonen staff/ students for grievance should also be recorded in the register
5. The committee should fine suitable solutions to settle the problems faced by the women staff/students in regard to matters relating to sexual harassment withos LD days after thorough investigation

The tenure of this cell shall be for the period of three years
